RESERVATION PROCESS
Move-in Process in 4 Steps

Required Fees
Initial Fees
- ●Management Fee 1,500 NTD
●Deposit 5,000 NTD
※Payment must be made within 1 business day after you receive the confirmation email.
Monthly Fees
- ●Rent
- The rental amount varies depending on the contract type. For detailed information, please refer to 【the Rent and Contract System】.
- ●Utility fee
- Summer(May to October): 1,200 NTD; Winter(November to April): 800 NTD.
Payment Methods
Two payment methods are available:
※The tenant is responsible for transfer fees, system usage fees, and any other associated charges.

Move-in Day Procedures
- ●Available Time
- Monday to Saturday, between 10:00 and 17:00 for a one-hour slot.
- ●Location
- On-site at the share house you will be moving into.
- ●Payment on your move-in day
- 1）Pro-rated rent and utilities for the first month
- If you move in on or after the 20th of each month, rent and utilities for the second month will also be charged
- 2）Bedding set purchase *Optional (Bedding set includes sheet, mattress pad, futon, futon cover, pillow, pillow cover.)
- Please contact the staff if you'd like to purchase one set.
Changing Rooms or Share Houses
Changing rooms or share houses before moving in
- 1）From the confirmation of your reservation to up to 7 days before the move-in date
- You can make changes by paying the fees listed below. ※Please note that in some cases, it may not be possible to change the room/house before moving in when a campaign is applied.
- 2）From 6 days prior to the move-in date until the day of move-in
- No changes can be accommodated.
Changing rooms or share houses after moving in
You can make changes by paying the fees listed below.
However, to foster a sense of community, we kindly ask that you maintain a minimum stay of 30 days in one share house.
Fees related to the room/ share house changes
- Change of share house
- 1,500 NTD
- Change of room
- 1,000 NTD
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations made from the confirmation of the reservation.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for the initial payment.
※Please note that the cancellation policy may be different when a campaign is applied.
Move-out Process in 3 Steps
