MOVING OUT FORM

We are glad if your experience here at Borderless House was something meaningful. We hope you enjoy the rest of your stay with your housemates.

Please fill out the Moving-out request form and send it.
Our staff will visit your house and do the check-out including receiving the key, refunding the deposit, and checking the room`s facilities for any damage. Please decide your convenient move-out day.
If you are moving out in the middle of a month, the rent and utility will be calculated per day. We will inform you about the total amount. Please pay it until the usual deadline.
Please make sure to read all the instructions before sending the notice.

Futon Purchase*

If you left the futon set at the house when moving out, you’ll have to pay the 500NTD for the disposal fee.
