Please read the following carefully before submitting the move-out application form:
●Please submit your application at least 30 days before your desired move-out date.
●You will be charged prorated rent and utility fees for a minimum of 30 days from the date of application (or up to your move-out date if it is more than 30 days away).
●We will contact you with detailed move-out information within 3 business days after receiving your application.

If you move out by yourself without an inspection, we cannot refund the deposit.

Bedding Set*

You do not need to wash the futon set. Please return the futon in the state it was when you received it. (If it was delivered in a bag, please put it back in the bag.)
